Welcome to GetMoreCustomers.sg (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By signing up for our services, you (“you” or “the customer”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

GetMoreCustomers.sg is a subscription-based service that helps service businesses (e.g., pest control, plumbers, electricians, etc.) book more jobs using AI-powered call handling, follow-ups, and automation.

We provide:

AI voice and message automationBooking system setup and integrationLead follow-up across email (and WhatsApp if enabled)

Onboarding and support services

2. Pricing & Billing

Standard pricing is SGD $245/month, or SGD $195/month when paid annually.All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.Payments are processed securely via Stripe.Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

3. 90-Day Guarantee

We offer a “More Customers in 90 Days or You Don’t Pay” guarantee.

To qualify:

You must complete the onboarding process and have your system live within 5 business days of signup.You must respond to support and follow best practice setup recommendations.If you don’t get more qualified job bookings in 90 days, we’ll refund your full subscription.

This guarantee does not apply to accounts with incomplete setups or unresponsive customers.

4. Account Setup & Onboarding

We aim to fully set up your system within 7 days after onboarding, but no guarantees are made to this regard..

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate business infoConnecting required tools (e.g., Stripe, calendars)Reviewing and approving setup steps when requested

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for illegal, deceptive, or abusive purposesSpam or harass leads or customersAttempt to reverse-engineer or resell our services without consent

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and tools provided by GetMoreCustomers.sg remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You retain full ownership of your business leads and customer data.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your data and business privacy.
All customer information, call recordings, and automation settings are confidential and not shared with third parties without consent (see our Privacy Policy).

8. Termination & Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing

We reserve the right to terminate any account for misuse or breach of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to maintain uptime, quality, and results—but:

We cannot guarantee a specific number of customers or jobsWe are not responsible for missed leads due to incorrect info or integrations outside our controlOur liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent billing cycle

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Changes will be posted on this page and emailed to active customers. Continued use of our services means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore
